Well...the DJ needs 2 weeks notice before you can apply for services. Then there is a 5 month review period. During this time, the credit application must be sent, the community zoning, licenseing, health, and building committees need to be met with and give their approvals (this can take up to 6 months), the equipment needs to be shipped in from Singapore (another 4 months), and finally the talent needs to be screened and evaluated...

You'll have to ask Esdiline about that one...I'm just the DJ.
